“I wonder if I’ll get in trouble for talking about a gag order,” plaintiff attorney Mike Rafi says in a social media post. “A gag order is an option for a judge to prevent a lawyers from saying anything about an ongoing case. On its face, it’s a violation of your First Amendment rights and Freedom of Speech.”
